The Ships PhotographerDepends on the department you want to get into. Specifically for photography we are a concession company, we don't work directly for the cruise line. So for me it was through The Ship's Photographer (http://www.theshipsphotographer.com/) who I work for. For some other departments you apply directly to the cruise line you want to work for.
