Reykjavik, Iceland

Had a bad start to the day but it ended amazingly. We had crew drills in the morning after which Jackson and I had plans to go out and do some exploring. Jackson even took his day off today so we would have lots of time together. We got all ready and when we got to the gangway to get off we found out Jackson is IPM. Made even better by the fact that i’m IPM tomorrow for the second day in Reykjavik. Luckily it’s an overnight and neither of us are IPM from 6pm today to 6am tomorrow. So it did not mess up our plans to go on the crew tour. I got off work early and we headed to the Blue Lagoon one of the top 25 wonders of the world. It was so nice! It was like a MASSIVE pretty hot tub in the middle of a lava field. There was silica face masks and you got a free drink. I had a blueberry smoothie. When we left it was almost 1am and the sun was still a ways from setting. Our skin feels so soft but now it’s 2am so it’s time for some sleep.Meer informatie
