Of course we had enough of Auckland after a day and felt like we need to go a bit out of the city. So we decided to go on a trip to Rangitoto island! Its a beautiful small volcanic island, that errupted about 600 years ago - one of the youngest islands around New Zealand. Wonderfully green, full of volcanic stones and beautiful tracks.
