Can tho ~ Vietnam

Not our most favourite place on arrival into Vietnam. The journey here was horrendous due to the crazy bus driver honking his horn, running errands and loading the bus up with local people’s parcels to drop off.

There wasn’t any ‘civilised’ eating places so both nights here involved us going to a Korean bbq restaurant where you order raw meat off a menu and cook it yourself. We had no idea what parts of animals we were eating and we had a raw egg stirred into our rice.

We had a walk round the city and got chased by numerous dogs, booked a floating market trip for the morning and booked our ticket out of here!Read more
