Picton to Kaikoura

Last night we stayed at a lovely campsite just outside downtown Picton.

We‘ll be heading to Kaikoura first instead of Abel Tasman NP due to the weather. Kaikoura was hit by an heavy earthquake about 3 years ago. During our visit we still could see the remainders and it‘s a reminder of the power of Mother Nature.

Matilda was super happy to have a huge jumping pillow on the playground and it was hard to persuade her to do something different 😄 even Greta liked the bouncing.Read more
