Texcoco Barbacoa

My Puerto Vallarta familia pick us up at 9:30 to go eat breakfast at Texcoco Barbacoa. They serve tacos and birria made with lamb. Eduardo and Yadira say that they love love the food here. He is so excited to try this very authentic lamb barbacoa. Of course he orders the birria. The server brings all the fixings :chopped cabbage and cilantro, chopped onions, limes and a couple salsas. He is raving about it. Eduardo orders a couple tacos for him, but he can eat only one, there is so much food.
