6.13 Coba (Mayan Ruins)

There are many historical sights on the Yucatan peninsular, especially Mayan Ruins (The peninsular is called Yucatan, but there is also the state of Yucatan! Why? No idea!).

One of the biggest ruin sights is Cuba, located about 30 km north of Tulum. I visited Cuba with a friend from Oregon (US). We went there early in the morning to get footage without too many tourists, which payed out in the end.

Funny fact: you have to pay extra, if you want to film. Only pictures are free. Obviously I had to pay for the action cam but Chris with his professional Canon did not have to pay!!??!? What?Read more
