8.14 San Marcos

Before I start my Spanish course in San Pedro I stay 2 days in San Marcos, a small little town inhabited by yoga fanatics and wannabe hippies!
But it is very nice and the restaurants their have good food with a larger variety than usual.

The water however is quite cold and sadly also a bit contaminated, because the rain washes all the dirt and dust of the streets right into the lake.

Still a nice place to relax. And by the way, basketball is a huge thing here! Although I would be taller than most players!Read more
