13.5.4 Guatapé

One of the must visit spots from Medellín is “Guatapé”, just because it is such a nice region, located only two hours away in the mountains.

The region has a canyon type of structure, but as the river(s) have been staunched, it is a lake filled environment where everything is connected to everything else in some way by a waterway. Super cool.
