Made a New Israeli Friend

On the Jewish side of the Western Wall, men pray and offer written wishes to be placed in the cracks of the old temple's foundation. As this area is maintained by Orthodox Jews, men and women are still segregated in their prayers.

However a new section of the Western Wall has now been established for Reform Jews who choose not to segregate.

We also got approached by a Canadian-Israeli evangelical Jew. His mission is to get more people to either convert or just do more with their Jewish faith. He invited us into the nearby yeshiva to sit in on a class and see the Western Wall from above. Definitely interesting!Read more
