A Surprise Favorite: Mendocino

While struggling to figure out what to do from San Francisco to Portland as Crater Lake was already closed for the season (man, it snows early there!!), we finally decided it was worth a few extra hours in the car to hit up the coast and also see the Redwoods. I found this amazing BnB in the little coastal town of Mendocino, which became the perfect spot for a few days.

We spent two days going on a nice walk around the massive bluffs and enjoying watching the crashing waves and beautiful sunsets from the BnB restaurant and adirondack chairs. So gorgeous and relaxing. This town is definitely too small for a long-term stay but I would go back in a second.Leer más
