Nature dinner stop - Indiana Dunes NP

One of the newest National Parks was only an 8 minute detour so of course we took the opportunity to walk, explore nature and have dinner. It was a quick trip and after a long day, a mile walk up and down 270 stairs, we sauteed mushrooms in olive oil and added a packet of veggie korma and one of seven grains and lentils and topped with sushi ginger and mango pickles.
