Fishlake National Forest

We had a beautiful drive to and through Capitol Reef. The first site looked a little too busy for us but we didn't like the second one and we're glad we returned as found a great site with view of Capital Reef and to West and found great trails. Our neighbor, George Frey, is a professional photographer and chose this site specifically for the eclipse. We had room to set up the pyramid and on Saturday night had fire in back cove that was vacated. Total 107 miles and $132.63 for fuel, groceries, and laundry.Read more
