Annular Solar Eclipse

There was a lot of excitement around the solar eclipse and we had great company. Our neighbor even sent our pre-eclipse pyramid meditations to Getty images, so we may be gracing mainstream media in the future. There were a few clouds but we could still see the ring of fire. Our pictures barely captured it, but there's a sun flare in the lower left of the 8th picture of the landscape at the peak annularity. While it didn't get very dark, the temperature definitely dropped. We then wandered the area hiking up and down the washes with Duncan before dinner and fire.Read more
