Del ray beach and west palm beach.

I spent the day looking at condos; eight, I think.
They were all pretty much down town, with an urban feel to them. There were several that were very nice. One of the appealing things about West Palm and Delray was that in almost every aprtment there was a keyboard or guitar or other idicia of musical activity and interest

I just can't decide if i want to live in the city, or in a golf community. The golf community could be dull. The city might be too un/dull. I walked aroind both towns in the early evening, and they were teeming with life. Mostly under 40's. Not terribly upscale but high energy.Read more
