After a long two years ‘twas exciting again to fly
Heart filled with anticipation lifting into the sky.
Multiple forms and vaccination rules are worthwhile
When greeted across the world by our family’s smile.

A repeat housesit enticed us back to France’s Montclus
To live in a beautiful fully renovated Mas, like a recluse.
Soaking up peaceful surrounds from a comfy bench
Sipping on cold Rosé immersed in life, totally French.

Flowering tree blossoms rain down like snow
Fragrant roses and honeysuckle rapidly grow.
Wildflower hues of pinks, purples and yellows
Goats and donkeys grazing amongst meadows.

Wisteria and jasmine cling tight to cover walls
Land boundaries lined by green poplars tall.
Overhead house martins swoop ready to nest
