Stopped for a hearty brekky on our drive to Brighton
Got stuck in traffic getting to the famed Royal Pavilion.
Domes & minarets distinguish it’s iconic external features
Regal, flamboyant design highlights it’s bold architecture.

Crossed county borders via rural backstreets
Stopped by a village pub to rehydrate and eat.
Outdoor enjoyment the rain continued to disrupt
Had a quick photo stop at Ouse Valley viaduct.

A final overnight in an old Oast House hotel
In the Kentish town of Royal Tunbridge Wells.
Exhausted I opted for a hot bath and then bed
Before brekky and the short drive back to Stansted.Read more
