Town church

As with much early settlement in Australia there is a strong religious presence in most towns.
I am referencing the buildings as apposed to the number of practicing Christians which I have no idea about. We visited the big white church building with the postie and delivered mail to a priest who if my memory serves me was 85+ years old and had been working in the town for 50 plus years.
It was hot with most people and dogs sitting in the shade. We also visited an indigenous coop town store run and managed by the local natives within the town.Read more
