    We decided to spend an evening having drinks before going out to eat at one of Shanghai’s better restaurants. They specialized in Peking Duck and so I obliged them and ordered it...lots of it. It was also fascinating to see them cook the duck in the traditional ovens and with the traditional scented timber that adds to the flavor.
    The restaurant also allowed you to watch the chefs in action which was also interesting.
