Heysen Trail (Cont’d)

This a continuation of the Heysen trail and also includes some photos from the lookout which begins to show some aspects of the Wilpena pound which is like a large holding pen with ranges that encircle it.
It was a favourite grazing area in the early days as it provided a natural ‘pen’ for cattle and sheep to roam. Czytaj więcej
