Our visit to the National Palace Museum (built in 1965) provided an incredible view of many of the 700,000 “acquisitions” that Chiang Kai-Shek brought with him from China to Taiwan as the possessions of the people of Taiwan. There are collections here that date back 8,000 years of Chinese history including Chinese art, calligraphy, lacquerware, treasures, jade, porcelain, and embroidery.Baca selengkapnya
