    WHAT A NIGHT! Angus Barn steakhouse has won over 200 awards since 1960. Beginning in 1989, Wine Spectator awarded them its "Grand Award" for wine selection for 36 consecutive years. The "Wild Turkey Lounge" was ranked "One of the Best Business Bars" in the country by Entrepreneur Magazine.

    The Angus Barn Steakhouse, a Raleigh icon serving American style cuisine including in-house aged steaks, fresh seafood, local grown vegetables and homemade desserts. The Barn hosts an award winning wine cellar, (yes, we got a private tour) the famous Wild Turkey Lounge, The Humidor, Meat Locker lounge, private dining tables, & banquet rooms. 50 acres purchased in 1959 by Thad Eure Jr. and Charles Winston, the beautiful and unique building opened on June 28, 1960. We had a fabulous meal this evening.
