About those clothes headed to the US...

After a quick lunch at home we dragged ourselves out the door this afternoon walking to a bus stop via our trail and then heading up on two cable cars to Murren to watch the sun set. Joke was on us. You can see from the progression of pictures that the sky lowered and then the wind and rain came in with a 20 degree temperature drop. Change in plans! We were in shorts and tshirts. Caught a train in the other direction and took a cable back to Lauterbrunnen. Best thing about the rain disaster was meeting Jayde and Steve, from New Zealand and Australia who are currently vacationing from Hong Kong, where he teaches school. We may have them housesit for us next summer as they want to come to the Pacific Northwest for more adventure. You would love them!Les mer
