Lazy day in Luxor

Spent the day lazy-ing about the hotel, swimming in the pool. After our marathon on the cruise of early mornings, late nights and tons of activities it was nice to just sleep in and rest a bit.

We’re staying at a family run hotel. It’s very homey - and we haven’t left it in a day and a half. 😂 Since we saw all there was to see in Luxor on the cruise, no biggie. Plus it gave us a day to get our laundry done - they did it for us here. Two loads for $8 - better than the $35 it cost me in Jordan a few weeks back! It’s a 4 story house and they have a restaurant on the covered rooftop terrace, so didn’t even have to leave for food - very convenient. Not bad for $20 a night - and that’s with free breakfast! Love the cost of living here. We move on tomorrow!Weiterlesen
