Ballarat

After a reasonably good trip over Bass Strait on Spirit of Tasmania II, we arrived at Geelong terminal about 6.00 am, disembarked approx 6.35.am. Due to road works at the terminal it was a bit of a roundabout way to get onto the Geelong/Ballarat road as we had to turn right towards Melbourne after leaving the terminal. Eventually we got onto the right road and made our way to Buninyong, Had a coffee at a small cafe on our arrival there at about 8. Bought some reading material and send a message to the caravan park to see when we could book in. They advised that we could book in as soon as we got there. Arrived at park and set up our van by 10 past 10.
Went up to Ryans IGA supermarket and bought a few groceries and returned to caravan park and made lunch. The weather not very pleasant drizzle, windy and cold.Baca selengkapnya
