Montevideo, die Hauptstadt Uruguays am Rio de La Plata gilt als eine der sichersten Städte Südamerikas. Mir kommt es etwas vor, wie wenn die Zeit stehen geblieben ist... praktisch keine Neubauten, kaum Geschäfte von Luxusmarken und ein anderer Rhythmus.
