Montevideo, die Hauptstadt Uruguays am Rio de La Plata gilt als eine der sichersten Städte Südamerikas. Mir kommt es etwas vor, wie wenn die Zeit stehen geblieben ist... praktisch keine Neubauten, kaum Geschäfte von Luxusmarken und ein anderer Rhythmus.

Montevideo, capital of Uruguy on the Rio de la Plata is one of the safest cities in South America. To me it appears that the time has stopped... almost no new buildings, no stores of luxury brands and another rhythm.Read more
