Adios Ecuador

The boys will be flying out of Ecuador in a couple of hours so I made a farewell meal for Dimitra and myself: Shrimp Ceviche with accompaniments.

Unfortunately, I remembered too late that Dimitra has an end of year do at school. I think they are sharing a sausage rolls in the staff room. Oh well.
