Colombian Steak and Chimichurri

Those of you following the "other" blog will know the boys are in Bogota Colombia now. I was about to throw the left over Ecuadorian food in the bin and start on my Colombian recipes when I realised Dimitra had not tried the ceviche with banana chips. I bought proper green bananas from PacNSave and made far better chips.
