A walk from Capurgana, Colombia to La Miel, Panama.

As you cant drive or take a bus to cross the border, you have two options. Take a speedboat, which is nice for once and if you have you luggage with you, or you can walk inside the Darien Jungle to get to the other side, passing by the charming (errrr, ok) village of Supzurro.
You just have to follow the signs or you can ask aroung how to manage to get to Sapzurro from Capurgana. It is a 45 minute easy walk and pretty much anyone can do it.
From Sapzurro to La Miel you have stairs to climb up the mountains that separates the two countries. Just make sure you cross the border before 5pm.Læs mere
