Anse Royale

Wanting to eat something from one of the many Take-away stands, we soon realize that with the few Rupees we have, we won't get anything. We thus drive to the other side of the island - which luckily is only about ten minutes away - to an ATM, since the exchange office is closed on a Sunday. There we enjoy Samosas and chips, and even get a restaurant recommendation in Geneva from a Russian flight attendant eating there.

Since we are so close already, we overturn our plans for the day and have a look at Anse Royale. The rocks keep us from swimming here, making it a bit more difficult to get into the water. Yes, we are getting so spoilt with all these nice beaches around, we start caring about such details😜 However, we still enjoy the view immensely and take some nice pictures. Czytaj więcej
