Belfast and Back…

Enjoyed a day in Belfast - sightseeing and shopping. I can’t remember how many thousand steps but it was a lot! So interesting to see the Peace Wall, and the beautiful Belfast City Hall and exhibitions.
We did a mammoth big shop to bring Irish food supplies home (in particular for my grandparents), and tallied up our game of “Al’s Irish bingo”.

Managed to get on an earlier overnight ferry too, so we were back home for Monday morning (bank holiday), so able to wash and get sorted before another busy work week!

Later inspired to bake some Guineas cupcakes too.

A fabulous adventure, though Ireland is huge and with so much natural beauty and fabulous people, we’ll certainly visit again for another Roadtrip!Read more
