Volcano hike

We got to see it bubbling for a few minutes half way up the mountain. Sadly, by the time we reached the view point it was all surrounded in fog. We watched the live stream for a bit, hoping we can wait out the fog.

It sounded like a far away thunderstorm and tasted bitter. I didn’t expect this to be such a sensorial experience 🌋
