Troy archeological site

This is a two part museum - first and outdoor one, based in the old city of Troy. This one also houses a Trojan Horse sculpture. And a second one, indoor, that has more relics and items found during the excavations.

We were fascinated to learn about the ten layers of the city - the fact that this citadel was built and rebuilt time and time again and all of that stands to tell a story in its ruins is impressive. Some of them are visible in the second photo.Read more
