From Split, we hired a couple of cars and began exploring the coast north to Zadar, visiting a number of interesting little towns on the way. Zadar had an interesting art piece on the beachfront, aLæs mere
Today was another bucket list event when we drove up to Plivitce Lakes to hike along the numerous lakes and amazing waterfalls. An absolutely amazing place with beautiful scenery everywhere you look.
Next we drove across the border into Slovenia. Our first stop was to visit the Škocjan and Postojna caverns in the southern part of Slovenia. Perhaps the best cave complexes I've seen in all myLæs mere
Our next port of call in Slovenia is Lake Bled. What an absolutely beautiful place, hard to take a bad photo.
