11:30 a.m. - We went to the Eco park in the middle of the city but unfortunately it was closed because of the CNY. So we got some coffee, a quick lunch and discussed what to do.

2 p.m. - Eli, Femke and I went to the Batu Caves outside of the city. It was very crowded because of holidays I think. So it was almost impossible to see the different colors of the stairs. Anyways it was nice to see the huge cave temple. Afterwards some strangers asked for a photo and I thought I should take a photo of them but they wanted a photo with me. Furthermore our Cab driver couldn’t hear anything and didn’t realized it and talked to him so there was a bit of a weird situation but also very funny.

4:30 p.m. - We met up with the others in chinatown. I walked through the streets and found a sport shirt. The main street was like the basar in Istanbul but with less options. Almost every shop offered the same. Anyways I got some amazing roasted chestnut‘s which reminded me of home.

8 p.m. - We went out for some dinner and joined the pub quiz, where we met the others from the hostel, later. Although we missed half of the rounds we won a chug of beer. The vibe was great and it was the first bar with a bit hip hop music. At some point I went to the DJ pult but unfortunately the just had a couple of downloaded playlists. So we went to another bar with a small club in the first floor. The music there wasn’t the best and it was funny to watch the locals trying to shoot their shot at the female tourist. At some point it got weird and annoying.

P.S.: Football especially Premier League is a big thing in Malaysia
