Cerro Otto

Der Gipfel des Cerro Otto liegt auf 1405 m Höhe.
Von unserem Campingplatz Selva Negra sind wir 2,1 km zum Start gewandert und waren vorher noch beim Supermarkt, um uns mit Proviant für die Wanderung einzudecken.
Der Cerro Otto wird von den Argentiniern hier in Bariloche auch der Hausberg genannt, da er einen bemerkenswerten Aussichtspunkt mit Blick auf die Stadt, die Seen Nahuel Huapi und Gutierrez sowie die Anden darstellt.
800 Höhenmeter hinauf und wieder hinunter, haben uns ganz schön in Schwung gehalten.

The summit of Cerro Otto is at an altitude of 1405 m.

We hiked 2.1 km from our Selva Negra campsite to the start and went to the supermarket beforehand to stock up on provisions for the hike.

The Argentinians here in Bariloche also call Cerro Otto the local mountain because it is a remarkable vantage point with a view of the city, the Nahuel Huapi and Gutierrez lakes and the Andes.
