The Ghost Lake

Lake (or Llyn in Welsh) Ogwen in Snowdonia is in the shadow of mountain Tryfan.
The name "Ogwen" means in Welsh "young woman".
The lake is said to be haunted by the ghost of a young woman who drowned there.
It was used as a filming location for the film "The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill But Came Down a Mountain".Read more
