Big boattrip 1

Cruising along the Westcoast with a 23 meter long boat for three weeks is like a dream coming true. In return for some hours of working (cleaning and cooking) on the boat we can enjoy everything what the Abrolhos islands have to offer. After three days of preparing the boat in Perth we are ready to set sail to Geraldton where we do our shopping and final preparations. This ride was already an adventure as we had to sail for 24 hours through rough see while half of the crew was getting seesick. Fortunately we got to see some whales in return. With 12 people on board we could set of to the first island called 'peninsula' island. We anker safely in the bay where we are protected from wind and waves.Read more
