I dont have photos of the jaballi (wild pigs), but their damage is evident. Sr Mari Sol drove one off from the church yard with a stick yesterday (a smaller one). The neighborhood dogs were hazing a larger male earlier in the day, too. Its the talk of the village. We have not seen them, but there are obvious signs of their presence.

Yesterday 17 pilgrims, so not quite full. It was another rainy day so pilgrims were glad to have a dry bed.Read more

TravelerI dont think they can be worse than bears which we are familiar with. Maybe more destructive though..

TravelerMy phone hasn’t been alerting me when you post so I was way behind in reading your posts. We’ve had several severe weather threats that have sent us to the basement the last few weeks, but I think that weather pattern has passed, now we are just getting a lot of rain. Sounds like you are doing well and staying busy.
