Milford Sound

A boat trip through the awe inspiring Milford Sounds in the Fjordland National park. A place with a wild and untameable beauty, the sheer size of the cliffs rising up from the sea was incredible. Along the cliffs were huge gouges made by the glaciers that formed them millions of years ago, the area filled me with humility and respect for the forces of nature which have shaped the earth over eons, a timescale within which humans are just a blink of the eye.Read more
