Bergen - Fjords!

My one extra expense in Bergen was to go on a Fjord cruise. I found one that was relatively cheap (100 NZD) and only took a few hours (some of them are multi-day hike/train/boat endeavours) called "Fjord Cruise to Mostraumen".

It was aboard a speedy catamaran and went to the fjords north of Bergen (not the popular/large Hardangerfjord to the south east), essentially circling the island of Osterøy (worth noting the slightly shorter version of the trip only goes back and forth along one side of the island).

Amazing scenery, of course! Just look at the photos! Also it wasn't as gloomy as some of the photos seem, it was just overcast and my phone camera kept trying to adjust against the bright sky.Læs mere
