Monte & Praia Formosa

Monte is a part if the city of Funchal located a few kilometers up the hill. From there we had a nice view on the city and watched other tourists sliding down the hill with traditional toboggan sledges.

After that we relaxed a bit at the beach. It was a really nice day!

Monte ist ein Stadtteil von Funchal der ein paar Kilometer über der Innenstadt liegt. Von dort hat man einen netten Blick über die Stadt und kann die vielen Touristen bei den überteuerten Korbschlittenfahrten beobachten.
