Im Vietnamesischen Krankenhaus

Google Maps showed us a way today that wasn't a street, but a beautiful way through the coffee fields of Da Lat. Unfortunately we and the motorbike were not ready for these "roads" so we slipped once. It happened at very, very low speed and neither the motorbike nor we even touched the ground but I burned my leg on the engine. We decided to see a local hospital next to get my wound cleaned and bandaged. It was hard to find one and it took us about 2 hours but at the end we could continue our trip. Now we know: Not every road on Google Maps is a road.

Heute haben wir uns einen ganz besonderen Ort angesehen: Ein lokales Krankenhaus! Google Maps hat uns heute einen Weg gezeigt der leider mitten durch eine Kaffeeplantage führte. Die Aussicht war mega, allerdings waren weder wir noch unser hoffnungslos überladenes Motorrad bereit für diese "Straße". So kam es wie es kommen musste und das Motorrad rutschte uns bei sehr sehr langsamer Fahrt unglücklich weg. Weder das Motorrad noch wir sind hingefallen, allerdings habe ich mir beim auffangen meine Wade am Motor verbrannt. Notdürftig verbunden mit einer Gesichtsmaske und einem Oberteil haben wir uns dann auf die Suche nach einem Krankenhaus gemacht. Nach langem Suchen haben wir dann auch eins gefunden und ich wurde recht professionell und vor allem gratis geflickt. Dann ging es schnell zurück aufs Motorrad.Meer informatie
