Rottnest Island

There are many cute animals in Australia but the Quokkas are definitely on top of the list. We took our tent and went to the island for one night. We saw soooo many Quokkas and loved every second of our trip. The island itself is small enough to explore it by bike and has many nice beaches and snorkel spots. A little paradise just half an hour off the coast.

Australien hat viele süße und einzigartige Tiere, doch die Quokkas auf Rottnest Island sind in einer eigenen Liga. Wir haben uns unser Zelt geschnappt und sind mit der Fähre nach Rottnest Island gefahren um diese kleinen Tierchen zu besuchen.
Die Insel an sich ist klein genug um sie mit einem Fahrrad zu umrunden. Auf unserem Weg haben wir die Geschichte der Insel, die vielen Buchten und die traumhaften Strände entdeckt. Ein Traum, so nah an Perth.Læs mere
