Floating im Regenwald

We wanted to go diving in the Great Barrier Reef while we are up here, but with Jasper coming a lot of tours have been cancelled already and there are a lot of waves in the ocean already. So we decided to go and float through the Daintree National Park on the Mossmann River. Yes, we are in crocodile country but in this part of the river it is too cold for crocs (at least that's what they told us) anyway it was really cool and relaxing, loved it!

Eigentlich wollten wir im Great Barrier Reef tauchen gehen, doch bei 800$ für einen Tag in einem sehr aufgewühlt Meer mit Jasper immer näher kommend haben wir es auf das nächste Mal vertagt. Stattdessen sind wir nach Mossmann in den Daintree Nationalpark gefahren um den Fluss auf Luftmatratzen entlang zu treiben. Ja, wir sind hier in Crocodile Country aber uns wurde versichert dass der Fluss zu kalt für die Krokodile ist. Naja gesehen haben wir zumindest keine und Spaß hat es auch gemacht 😉Read more
