We've found a patch of desert that will call home tonight. It was dark when we arrived, so we're not exactly sure where we are. At least a couple of miles from other humans which is the main thing.

ReisenderThis was actually still in California. We're driving to Texas over a few days. Tonight we're in Arizona and tomorrow in New Mexico which is where breaking bad was filmed.

ReisenderSo not crazy old. The owner of the zoo was crazy it seems. He shot an unarmed neighbor dead, but somehow was acquitted. He was savagely mauled by one of his mountain lions, and bitten by several of his snakes
Visiting the Petrified Forest NP
