Growing like mushrooms

It's been raining all morning, but having Rosie means long walks happen regardless of your opinion on the weather. So off we went to the woods, Rosie and I, to find the mushrooms that do pop up in the dead of winter ( although I must say,it is 10 degrees Celsius even now in January). Here is the bounty : more than 1kg of oyster mushrooms ( on the abandoned plot right next to us,so no need for the two hour walk in the rain, really) and some velvet shank ( that I did not pick as I was not entirely sure that it was it).Lue lisää
