Fiskardo

Arkoudi to Fiskardo. Arriving late in the afternoon and hoping for a place to anchor we ended up motoring up and down the bay looking for a position and finally taking anchorage at the end next to the unfriendly Austrian. Both the boats next to us had only one line ashore which did not make sense. After a slightly heated discussion with the Austrian who was determined to move alongside us to prove the wind would blow him on us we forced him to take a second line ashore. His promised strong westerly wind which was contrary to the forecast never arrived. A lovely exploratory run in the morning after meeting a South African local walking his dog who gave directions made fiskardo (despite the challenging anchorage) a wonderful place to visit.
