Arenal d'en Castell

From Son Saura to Arenal d'en Castell, still enjoying the serene bays of Menorca. However, the weather has shifted, and our clothing is insufficient. I plan to invest in foul weather gear one day. Yet, the sunrises remain breathtaking. At 4 am, we swiftly reeled in our lines and maneuvered to avoid shallow rocks. As a result of the next anchorage our anchor endured immense strain, stripping off its yellow paint in the 30-plus knot winds. We took a quick break to shore for some rush grocery shopping before the supermarkets close for winter. The island feels deserted, with just one other brave yacht not in a marina. However storm Ciaran is expected to pass through in two days, and I eagerly await its passing!
