In the afternoon, we arrived in Hasankeyf, one of Mesopotamia's most historic places. The settlement has a history stretching back thousands of years. Located on the banks of the Tigris River, it served as an important trade and cultural center for centuries. We were especially impressed by the ancient cave dwellings and ruins. The riverside landscape created a unique atmosphere. During our visit, we explored numerous historical structures. The legacy of different civilizations remains visible throughout the area. Hasankeyf has long symbolized the region's rich cultural heritage. The views over the Tigris and surrounding cliffs were breathtaking. Visiting this remarkable place became one of the highlights of our trip.
